Tug of War Calculator

The winner is determined by comparing the total effective force of each team. A person's effective force is the lesser of two values:

1. Muscular Strength: An estimated maximum pulling force (in Newtons) based on Age, Sex, and Build.
2. Friction Force: The force a person can exert before slipping, calculated as: Weight (kg) × 9.81 × 0.7.

A strong but lightweight person might be limited by their grip, not their strength. The calculator finds the most realistic force for each person and adds them up for a team total.
